A new sort of gym has emerged for those who find the actual gym environment
sterile and far from motivational and the competitive workout syndrome unbearable (you know how other people eye your treadmill or bicycle monitor and try to exceed your pace or pedalling?)
So, what is the answer? Outdoor exercising and extreme challenges.
Prepackaged gym exercising is not the trend anymore. People prefer a breath
of fresh air while doing some inline skating or some tai chi in the green
environment of parks.
Another alternative - hold on tight - is 'mallercise', in other words, power
walking while window shopping in malls! If a breath of fresh air is not what
attracts you you may go window shopping in shopping centres and
power-walk, march up stairs and escalators and keep fit.
The first solution is generally preferred by younger people, in the
second case studies have shown that the average age of participants
was 66!
Thus, these are the new trends in gym and exercising in the USA,
Canada, UK and Australia.
Heck, we might even live to see supermarkets transformed in
exercising emporiums... if they add some hi-tech to the shopping
trolleys which will show the number of calories burned while circling
the aisles for merchandise...

e si asta o chestie, no really, chiar ma gandeam mai demult cati km parcurgi printre rafturi, mai ales daca tot uiti chestii de care ai nevoie si te intorci de fiecare data?! si totusi, ai vazut cati obezi se tarasc prin supermarketuri? ceea ce nu se poate spune despre celebra si tot mai activa specie "proasta de mall", affectionately called "pisi"...alea toate e blonde, botoxonate, siliconate si slabe...deci, da, concluzia: shoppingu de mall te slabeste mai bine ca cel de supermarket, asta daca esti blonda si intri de 7 ori in acelasi magazin trendy flendy pt ca ai uitat ca u've been there 6 times already:)) asta ca sa nu mai vorbim de probatu hainelor, incercarea tuturor batistutzelor aka topuri cu sclipici scaparici marimea xxs ca sa vezi cat de cool ai arata in bamboo si cati fraieri cu mertzan alb si jante cromate ai da pe spate la un simplu zvac de coama blonda!
ce pot spune e ca specia ma fascineaza pt ca da dovada de tenacitate si perseverenta...nu o sa auzi o "proasta de mall" plangandu-se "fata, hai sa mergem ca am obosit"...a nu! in cel mai rau caz ar rosti blasfemia daca ar ramane fara bani pe una din cartile de credit ale nefericitilor fraieri titulari de conturi in orice moneda.
so, clar shoppingu la mall slabeste, deci hai sa gasim niste "portofele" si sa ne punem si noi pe "cura":))
